Acoustiguide audio tourThe audio tour is available in English, Cantonese and Urdu. The audio tour transcript is available for hearing impaired visitors.
There are also audio guides for families and visually impaired visitors.
Family backpacksFree family backpacks are available for family groups with children aged 7 to 12.
Each backpack contains two different trails with six activities per trail.
StorybagsFree storybags are available for family groups with children aged 2 to 4.
There are four different character bags, each with a cushion to sit on, a story book and game or other activity relating to artworks on display.
TrailsYou can follow trails around the gallery such as the three family trails or the Gallery of Craft and Design handling trail. Or take a guided tour. See our events calendar for more information about tours and other events.
Language optionsVisitors can borrow Braille and large print versions of the introductory panels for each room. These are also available in a range of Asian and European languages.
Fancy some peace and quiet?We are very popular with schools and families, so if you fancy a quieter visit, try Tuesday to Friday after 3pm or weekends before midday.
